is Brandi Bollack and I am the volunteer coordinator for the HC Music
Festival this year. I may be contacted by email

Our time slots are set up for individuals to work one or two hour
shifts.
AREAS NEEDING VOLUNTEERS
Man Bounce House--Make sure children are having fun in the bounce
house, they are being careful and make sure all children are getting a
chance to enjoy it. TIME SLOTS 10:30-7:30
Main Stage--Greet the bans and assist them with parking, help
move equip, get water or assist bands in other ways, watch the clock to
keep on schedule, queue the MC
(if
we have one) -
TIME SLOTS 1:30-8:30
Community Stage & Children’s Stage--Same as main stage--TIME
SLOTS 10:30-3:30
Man Home Depot Workshop--Help Home Depot employees hand out and
assist parents and children's with wood crafts--TIME SLOTS 10:30-3:30
Parking--Stand at gate entrance and provide guests information
and direct traffic
to parking
area. TIME SLOTS 10:30-8:30
First Aid--Must be Red Cross Certified at min.--Stand by and be
available if first aid is necessary at the festival. The Police and Fire
Department will also be on hand. TIME SLOTS 10:30-7:30
In additional, all volunteers will receive a free festival T-shift, free
drinks and the chance to support a great community event!
Help is needed all year at our other events like the Christmas Hay Ride,
Fall Festival and Easter Egg Hunt. PARKS and RECREATIONS will also have
a booth at the festival so stop by, met me in person, get some more
information on what we do and let us know your suggestions! Brandi.
